"These may be the best cookies I've ever had in my life." - husband (but he did just take a full saturday to play paintball so take it with a grain of salt)
The perfect night cap.
Because I had a craving AND 3/4 bag left of mini chocolate chips.
And that's why I decided to make chocolate chip marshmallow cookies at 9:00 at night (that's late considering my son got up at 5:40AM, wth) But, I was enjoying my cookies by 9:23, so they passed my shorter than 10 min prep time test.
Best cookie recipe EVA found at this lovely lady's blog!
