Do not let these photos fool you. We had a fire in the fireplace last night and our outdoor thermometer did not read above 40 degrees once today. But, last week, we had what appeared to be our only week of spring weather to date and the Wednesday market was beautiful, sunny and warm!

Love the casual 'straw hat' look!
So last week, it was ice cream & sunshine, and this week- back to cold??? Aaaaaaah.
Just goes to show, and remind us- what a difference a little sunshine makes.
Never seen purple asparagus!
I love roasted asparagus! Hope spring returns to you soon, love :) xoxo
My love for asparagus started when my dad would bring home spears from our family farm. This looks delicious! I need to try your recipe.
Thank God for Farmer's markets and delicious breakfasts.
the purple asparagus is a little sweeter and you can't beat the deep color!
