Homemade Pancake Mix

This is by far the dreamiest (so dreamy i put the "edge blur" effect on the photo) recipe I have discovered in Nigella Express to date.  Keep this goodie on hand and in your cupboard!

Yes, I love her mix (& have you tried that simple bb syrup?? Mmmm)!

It's so funny. Every time you've shared something about Nigella, I've either just pulled her book out to make something, or just made something! Last night, I made coq au vin... love her simple recipe.

(she shoulda been included on my girl crush list =)
